WSCC have notified us of planned ash dieback works due to take place on the A286, Chilgrove Road to Binderton Lane. These works will involve the removal of Ash trees in the location highlighted on the below map.

Works will take place during the night for 1 night on 14th – 15th September 2026. A full road closure will be in place between 20:00 and 6:00 hours only. All other times the road will be open as normal. The road will be closed between the junctions with Chilgrove Road and Binderton Lane. Emergency access will be maintained at all times.

Please be advised that although road space is booked, any unforeseeable events could potentially affect this booking.
