We have received the following message from WSCC Partnerships Team:

Healthwatch is currently running a survey for residents living in more rural communities in West Sussex to ask about possible barriers to accessing healthcare, wellbeing and community services (primarily transport, location and cost).

There is a QR code in the poster and the link to the survey is: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/ruralareas/

The survey closes on Sunday 5th July at midnight.
