Notice of Annual Parish Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Parish Meeting will be held on Tuesday 12th May 2026 at 6:45pm at Lavant Memorial Hall. Members of the Public and Press are welcome and encouraged to attend.

The meeting is open to the public but only those persons registered as Local Government Electors for Lavant Parish are entitled to speak and vote.

This meeting is your chance to meet your Parish Councillors and hear what they have been doing on your behalf in the past year. If you have particular concerns about Lavant, here is your opportunity to voice them.

AGENDA AND BUSINESS TO BE CONDUCTED

1. Welcome by the Chairman and introduction of Parish Councillors present.
2. To receive minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on 13th May 2025.
3. To receive a report from the Chairman of the Parish Council on activities during 2025/26 Council Year.
4. To receive reports from external bodies.
5. To receive & discuss and vote upon any business raised by Electors of Lavant given by written notice received by 5pm Monday 11th May 2026.
6. Items for future consideration for next Agenda.
